Will Sumners, Echo’s COO, recently caught up with Mark Ford, Chief Knowledge Officer at Baker McKenzie LLP. Mark is a practicing lawyer of 25 years’ experience as well as KM leader and has long experience of document automation. Whilst Head of Knowledge Management at Clifford Chance in 2001 he and his team were only the second law firm globally to deploy Contract Express. No other law firm has had greater input into the design and functionality of the platform.
