Working with echo.legal
Kicking things off is this introduction to echo.legal, for those of you who might not know about our team of document automation experts. We explain our approach and methodology, what it’s like to work with us, and why our decades of experience make us the go-to process and documentation automation experts in the legal tech sector.
Document Automation in Action in Canada’s largest bank
This case study explains how helped Royal Bank of Canada’s (RBC) implement and scale up usage of Contract Express to support their processes, and ensure that the document production worked in harmony with the other elements involved in the end-to-end credit process.
We were pleased to be recommended as the document automation experts for this task! It’s one of many similar projects we’ve successfully completed that showcase document automation in action, and how this can be scaled and customised to suit individual organisations.
This has included work with Osborne Clarke, a major global consulting business, and a leading auction house.
Getting engagement on your automation project
Getting buy-in and successful user adoption is critical when it comes to document automation initiatives - as is the case with any digital transformation or automation project.
Building engagement around your initiative is easier said than done, but investing effort in threading this throughout the project lifecycle is crucial to success - after all, you’ve invested too much time, energy and resources in your automation project for it to fall at the first hurdle.
Pilot Anna Captains our Delivery
We’ll hold our hands up - this isn’t a blog as such, but in this video, echo.legal’s Director of Delivery (and resident pilot!) Anna Turner talks about all things automation, including the technology’s importance in the aviation industry!
Anna shares her experience of working with world leading organisations and law firms, to successfully deliver their automation strategy.
