Working with echo.legal
The echo.legal approach
We take pride in our approach when it comes to document automation projects. We create estimates, delivery milestones and plans on a project-by-project basis. We ensure total clarity and ownership at all stages, supported by regular check-ins to align and check that we are working to the plan.
Scoping, kicking-off and updating
We’ll make sure we invest time in thorough scoping sessions to discuss what documents or processes you need to automate, what the pain points are and what success looks like for you. This helps us to provide an estimate with assumptions and scope.
Then we develop and agree a plan of delivery.
Next it’s onto kick-off meetings to agree expectations and to make sure we know the issues we are looking to resolve.
We’ll provide regular updates throughout the project so you are always aware of how everything is progressing and how much time is left in the "tank". Being transparent and ensuring you are fully informed when it comes to time and cost is key to how we work with you.
Checking in, delivering and completing
If a document automation project is complex or phased, we ensure interim meetings to address any changes in scope and to clarify specific points of drafting or optimise them for automation purposes.
We provide deliveries throughout the project. In a simple document automation project this may be just one. For more complex documents there might be a second draft round to build in time for feedback.
We then make sure you have everything you need to get your project up and running within your organisation, including demos to internal stakeholders or advice on where to situate your project for maximum usage potential. The most important thing is that we get as much buy-in as possible.
But that’s not the end. We stay in touch to check that your document automation journey continues and to ensure we can make it as successful as possible for you, your team and your business.
If you like our approach, then we’d love to talk to you.
